Eduvantage Overseas – Refund Policy

At Eduvantage Overseas, we are committed to delivering professional counseling, test preparation, and complete overseas admission support with the highest standards of integrity. We also recognize that students circumstances may change, so this Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once payment has been made:

  • Test preparation courses (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, SAT, Duolingo) after enrollment.
  • University/college application fees paid on behalf of the student.
  • Visa documentation and processing fees, once submission has been initiated.
  • Third-party charges such as courier, notary, attestation, translation, insurance, or exam booking fees.

2. Refundable Situations

Refunds will only be considered in the following verified cases:

  • Duplicate or excess payments made in error.
  • Technical failures during online transactions where payment was deducted but the service was not confirmed.
  • Service unavailability, where Eduvantage Overseas is unable to deliver a paid service due to unforeseen internal reasons.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must email info@eduvantageoverseas.com within 3* working days from the date of payment.

  • Full name of the student
  • Payment date and mode (bank transfer, card, etc.)
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting documents/screenshots (if applicable)

4. Refund Approval & Timeline

All refund requests will be reviewed and acknowledged within 5* business days.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7*–10* business days through the original payment method.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. No Refund Policy (After Services Commence)

Once the following conditions apply, no refund will be granted:

  • A student has attended the first class of any test preparation batch.
  • Eduvantage Overseas has initiated the admission application or visa filing process.
  • This is because our team invests significant time, expertise, and resources from the moment services begin, irrespective of the outcome of applications or visas.
